Our returns policy provides you 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error. Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances.

Please contact us immediately for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed. Items returned with an RMA number will be reimbursed for the return shipping.
